I was a Student intern at The Scope a summer and a half ago to do my field placement for my program, and I have to say that the internship program at Ryerson is AMAZING!!!!

They let you do all kinds of things like creating commercials, PSA s or Promo s for the station which is something I ve had experience with in my program so it was nice that I got to do that.

Also, I really enjoyed recording an episode for Ryerson s Disability Podcast show called The Access Files , it was a lot of fun.

And last but certainly not least, I love how the people there make you feel like you belong. Everyone at the radio station is so nice and kind and I would definitely recommend anyone who has to do their field placement to do it with Ryerson as you do learn a lot and you get hands on experience too.
