Cheap parking, huge shopping mall, amazing hangout place, cinema at top floor on the mezzanine, VR theme park The Rift is also on the same floor but on the other side instead. The mall is connected to The Gardens Mall and there's a GSC Signature there. For people who does art, there's a shop called Art Friend in Gardens which has a massive selection of stationary and art tools. There are 3 grocerias in the place, Aeon, Aeon Big(formally known as Carrefour) and Village Grocer.
