My brother and his girlfriend made reservations online and when they got there they were unable to check in due to them not being 21 my brother's girlfriend is here from college from out of state and he is in the military if I was not in Albuquerque they would be unable to check in I feel like this is very poor service they should have verified the age when the reservation was made they were quick to take the money but not make sure the guest was taken care of
