Monese is amazing! The app is so user-friendly and their customer service is outstanding. They always respond promptly and are very helpful. I have recommended Monese to several friends and family members and they have all had positive experiences as well. The only downside is that there are no physical branches, but I personally prefer digital banking so it's not an issue for me. I am extremely satisfied with Monese and don't see myself switching to any other bank.
