I admit, I was a little intimated walking in the door, as it has been a LONG time since I was on a mountain bike. Ryan greeted me the second I walked in and made me quickly feel at ease and took GREAT care of me. He asked good questions, listened, and steered me towards the perfect bike. Never felt high pressured, more like shopping with a knowledgeable friend. Closing the deal with a cold beer and talking life while they tuned my bike confirmed I came to the right place.
