I have been living near Cappy's Cafe for a few years now, but today I decided to finally stop by for breakfast with my gf before I headed out to work. The portions are pretty large but what would would expect at a cafe.

I had the chicken fajitas omelette, which was pretty tasty. It came with a nice portion of guac and sour cream. But it was so filling that I didn't even touch my biscuits and gravy.

The service was friendly and prompted. I did not have to ask to have my coffee refilled, which is always good sign that they are being attentive.
