This company did some great work for me but scheduling ahead doesn't mean anything and communication between their employees needs to be improved. My first project took a while to get done and was riddled with delays but I understood based on materials needed for the job. I also understand that you have to keep your employees working and existing customers happy. With my second project though on a dump trailer I scheduled a month a head and confirmed with the sales rep several times including the night before that we were a go. But I showed up early the next day and my job was cancelled/delayed 2-4 weeks. Their main customer had submitted work the night before and that wasn't communicated to my sales rep. I couldn't drop off my dump trailer and leave it for them to work on when they had time like the last project. The sales rep was very apologetic and offered other companies as alternatives and to reschedule but couldn't guarantee it wouldn't happen again. I understand the workflow as a business owner myself but you shouldn't agree to jobs and then drop them for larger ones. If I did that to my customers, I wouldn't have any.
