I very much enjoy playing Clash of Clans. However, my e-mail had some spam issues which also caused my phone to mess up. So I deleted the e-mail and restored my phone to factory settings. I contacted the Help&Support section of COC to help me retrieve my village back. They asked me a ton of questions in which I answered throughly and explained my dilemma. After all that verification they wanted to see a Google Wallet transaction receipt of the very first gem purchase. But since the e-mail had been deleted, I sent them a screenshot showing I personally deleted that e-mail and could not access any information tied to it. They insisted. I called Google Support who told me that they couldn't even access anything tied to an unrecoverable e-mail address. But the representative I spoke with was very understanding and even sent me an e-mail saying she verified I was who I said I was and why we cannot get they information they are needing. I sent Supercell a screenshot of that e-mail and in return I got blatant disrespect. I even called my old phone carrier who could not retrieve info on my closed account and sent Supercell a screenshot of purchases I made for my village. But they said it is their "policy" that it HAS to be a transaction ID number from the Google Wallet account because it's number is "unique". I have not cursed at them or made any threats, yet they are dismissing my messages now with no response. It was a lot of money and time wasted. I would change this review to a 5 star, if I got my village back and better customer service. Unbelievable...so if you're a fan DO NOT DELETE YOUR E-MAIL OR RESTORE YOUR PHONE! These people WILL NOT help you!
