These people are con-artist using deceptive advert...

These people are con-artist using deceptive advertising. My sister lives in the DFW area and wants to buy a new Elantra SE. She asked for my help as she has been taken advantage of in the past by dealers. I live in another state, but said I would search out the best price in writing, come see her and go to the dealer with her to complete the transaction.
I found on their website the car she was interested in, it has a MSRP of around $19,000, but they are advertising it for a price of $13,500. They have a "bare bone price" button that says if you give them your email address, they will respond with a special price quote by email.
I recieved no price quote for two days, only multiple emails asking for my phone number and wanting me to come in to their dealership to talk to them. I responded with a screen shot of their website stating they would give a special price quote by email. Finally on the third day I recieved an email telling me the price would be $16,250, almost $3,000 above the advertised price.
I found another Hyundia dealer in the DFW area that has provided in writing a price for the same model with the same MSRP for $4,000 less.
My time is valuable, my sisters time is valuable. We don't have time for these con-artists. I usually only take the time to write a review if a business has been deceptive or wastes my time, these people did both.

BUYER BEWARE
I am reporting them to Texas Attorney General and FTC.
