I have always had good service and went out of my way to rather shop here. On 2 Feb 2019, at 18:30, we were at till no 8. We received very unfriendly service. We were not asked if we have a PNP smart shopper. The lady at the till as well as the packing lady kept talking to each other and ignoring question. I also had to pack my own trolley while also making sure everything was scanned and paying. It is very unpleasant and unnecessary.
