More than 10 in this site, and so much to tell ... that nobody would believe so much they are caricatural and improbable.
So to simplify: either you are among the thirty privileged, benefiting from tailor-made career plans and a delusional impunity, especially in their relations with their collaborators.
Either you are in the mass of the needy, and your daily life will be made of frustration, contempt, waste, incoherence, vanity, lies, arrogance, accomplished facts, exacerbated egocentrism, inertia, and so on. Incidentally, some technical positions involve so much travel that your children will grow up very quickly ... 3 countries per week, it can happen.
After, there are good sides: the setting and the premises are pleasant, the canteen not bad, schedules quite free, generally comfortable wages, we never hear about quality, we travel in good conditions, and with much luck, evolve remains possible.
But do not wait, except the deception-anger-resignation trilogy. I have worked in seven different companies, but it is at po that I saw "integrity", "benevolence" and "team spirit" become Vaseline brands.
And this testimony is anonymous, because if these people are unable to devote a tenth of their time and energy to pulling the "plebs" up, they are able to let go of everything to trample on those who dare to question them.
