I purchased the bus + ship combination valid for 48 hours. The first day I decided to make the complete circuit for both without taking advantage of the stops. It is a practical and convenient way to become familiar with the city and identify the points of interest for yourself. The audio guide gives access to some curiosities as well as to the basic historical notions. The bus is faster (traffic permitting), but to fully enjoy it, it is essential to sit on the upper floor. The ship is slower and offers a completely different point of view from what you can have on foot or by road. The staff met has always been extremely kind, competent and attentive to the needs of each customer. In particular, Greta reserves guests a unique warmth and kindness, combined with a great competence and professionalism always given with delicacy and with a smile. I put 4 out of 5 stars because on the second day, when I decided to make the stops, I purchased the ticket for the museum of Jewish culture on board. The transaction took place, but the terminal crashed not delivering the ticket. I was told to buy it again at the museum cashier and that I would have received a refund of the amount paid on the card, which has not yet been credited. The girl who handled it did not issue me a receipt or anything else written, just took a photo of the terminal and sent it to her manager. I have written an email to the company and I hope for a professional resolution of the problem. Here, I would avoid buying on board given my experience is not exactly positive, but it remains an extremely valid service overall.

Update: I changed the rating. Not so much for the contents of the experience, but for the non-refund (to date and despite various contacts via email at the address indicated). It doesn't seem right to me that for a technical problem at their terminal I have to lose. I hope it will be resolved, even if by now I have lost hope.

Update: the situation resolved for the best, after 2 months, but resolved with the due reimbursement. I report the 4-star rating, but always advise against the purchase of tickets on board
