I've recently traded my car at the North Edm Kia, I had a good experience. Nemo was really patient, calm and genuinely friendly. He was also knowledgeable! He took the time to listen and understand what kind of car I needed. He also took into consideration my limited budget.
The finance Manager, Kevin, went the extra mile to make this transaction happen. The team was overall very friendly. It can be stressful to go to a car dealership, however when I went there I didn t feel any pressure. I strongly recommend them.
The follow-up was also very good!
