DO NOT take ADT service. You will have wait for a full day in call to get customer service representative online for any changes you want to make.

I am not sure if they have a problem understanding English, but after completing all what I have to say to cancel the service, they said they will cancel and didn't cancel, sent invoice again. I asked for cancelling and sending final payment to be mentioned in Invoice, I am still getting invoices. I have 100 stories to mention that their service is BAD. DO NOT take this service.
