They ordered the wrong size stove top twice...each time we had to wait for Weeks for the order to come in... then the 3rd time after a substantiol amount of time and several extended promised dates, I went to sears and had it in 4 days.
I had called several times, they never contacted me, and they didn t return my calls stating that they had the wrong number even though I had given the right number twice.
