Staff are rude and unhelpful and lazy. Ask for assistant and three times got converted to a different person and none of them were of much of help. Then when I finally went to collect the furniture from the ware house all the staff were outside informally sat outside( roughly around 9 of them) smoking, shouting and being of non assistant. I had to venture into the warehouse where there was a young man working alone while all his colleagues sit back. This young man was very helpful and assisted me and met all of my needs. Unfortunately I didn't not get this mans name, it's a shame all the staff are not to his standard. I have read a few reviews stating the same thing about poor staff. It's a shame as the actual garden centre is brilliant! But it's pointless having good stock and facilities without good customer service
