I tried to get a consultancy for my father as a private patiance and we had everything including the diaognosis paper and MRi results but Liam Welsh refused to see him due to he wont be able to suggest anything else. He didnt even see the MRi results and reports. He just saw the diagnosis. We even suggested to pay in advance but... Sometimes I dont able to understand some doctors when I try to think about the oats that they have made. If youre not english dont they might not care about you.
