Worst phone experience with the ER people. I am a pharmacist and there was information missing on the prescription which SHOULD HAVE BEEN THERE. Talked to 3 people and another was "consulted/" NO one would help me, or at least they stated they weren't "allowed" to give out the information. I needed and NPI number which should be on the prescription as well as in the national registry. The physician had not updated their info so it wasn't there. For Pete's sake. Come ON people. NO one could even tell me if the MD had moved from the east coast so that I could make an educated guess. They don't even know each other that well. Kind of sad. Ugh. I hope they treat their patients better then they treated me on the phone.
