Never thought I'd write these words about the car-buying process, but our experience at Big O today in purchasing a Jeep Compass was a pleasure. Josh Korb, our salesperson, and Kevin Reid, sales manager, were both excellent. Together they were efficient and friendly and low-pressure in helping us arrive at a fair deal. When they left us to do their thing my son and I relaxed and enjoyed watching Little League regionals on ESPN in their comfortable lounge area. Ask for Josh and Kevin!
