Horrible practices and customer service. They purposely mislead clients for their own benefit - i.e. they hide higher offer tenant applications from owners to get their preferred applicants through even though they cause owners to lose money. As an owner of multiple properties I do not recommend this real estate. There are many other better choices on the coast. Update to your rude response: Which comment is factually incorrect? You lie even when responding to reviews. The facts are that you have received both applications on the same day but chose to ignore our one for 2 days until you have approved the first one. I can clearly see in the 1form system when you viewed our application. This was a misconduct on your side and I am just sharing my experience. But sure - blame the customer and call us liars - that will make you look very good;)
