Our first time staying at this hotel and it has been the worst experience yet. On there website it stated that all pools were open including the lazy river during this time of Covid for all ages. As of today June 19, 2020 the only pool open is the Dive pool and it is only available to adults 21 and over. So beware before making reservations . The website is diseving. The front desk was not friendly when it came to me showing them proof that the website stated all pools open. They need to be more considerate that people drive from far to be mislead. I don't think I'll ever come back with my family. I rather drive to Las Vegas where they have better service and higher end rooms.
