I lived on the 4th floor at Delco Lofts for about 2.5 years. This was the very first unit I had ever lived in that was BRAND spanking new! It was very modern looking and as I was told when I initially toured, they were like candy and renting quickly.

It was a plus to be able to park and check your mail all in the same building. Having Lock 27 right there was convenient if you wanted a bite to eat, but didn t feel like leaving the vicinity. Having the option to attend the baseball games next door, sometimes free of charge, was also a plus. Although the gym wasn t very big and machines were limited, it was a plus having the gym in the same building and to not have to leave in order to get a workout. Oh, and the huge windows were very nice and unique.

I did knock off a star because I had an experience where I felt unsafe due to the actions of someone I was unsure if they were even a resident and when I brought this to the attention of one of the staff, it didn t seem
as much of a concern as it maybe should have been.

Overall, the staff was helpful. Maintenance was prompt and courteous. I enjoyed my stay at the Delco Lofts, thank you!
