I came to Dr. Levine and her assistant Deb after months of searching for someone to help with my reactive dog. They're over an hour away from me but I was desperate for help. $800 later I got Prozac, a game to play with my dog (find it!), and I was told to avoid growling situations. Big shocker! I'm not a behaviorist but I figured that out with a quick Google search and the reasoning was much more in depth than what I received at this office.

In addition I was told I would be charged $140 for a follow-up over the phone by Deb, went to the office and was charged almost $350. I mentioned to Deb that she had told me the wrong rate and I didn't even get a "Sorry I was mistaken" instead I got an acknowledgement that she did say it would be less and then a blank stare as to why I was questioning that it was more.

Despite all of this I still intended to use the office, because I can understand people making mistakes, but then Dr. Levine was out of the office and no one on staff could send a fax to my boarding facility saying that my dogs were okay together. I spent $800 on behavior assessments and couldn't get a one sentence fax saying the dogs wouldn't kill each other.

I'm never going back. Customer service sucks and rates are high! If you want a behaviorist try Dr. Peter Borschelt, can't write as too his treatment yet but he is very responsive which is already one step in the right direction and his rates are lower. I believe it's about $600 which covers the entire treatment plan whether it's 2 hours or 10 follow-ups.
