Thanks to the She Births program I had two incredible births - one at hospital and one at home. Without the knowledge, guidance and support of Nadine, the She Births resources, videos and meditations I would not have had such an empowering experience as I embarked on my journey as a mum. I would highly recommend to all parents to prepare them for birth and beyond.
