Truly awful... almost speechless, by far the worst...

Truly awful... almost speechless, by far the worst experience of my life dealing with the most horrendous company i've ever had the misfortune to deal with.. their email footer states 'Passion, Accountability, Customer First and Excellence'.. seriously they should be reported to trade descriptions for that alone as it couldn't be further from the truth!!

I would avoid dealing with this company if you value your time and sanity, an absolute disgrace and after over 4 months since initial order placed I have cancelled without a solution, a reason for constantly cancelled engineer visits, an explanation, an apology or even a response... and we're only a couple of miles away!!... great support for a local business.. NOT!!!!

Avoid at all cost.. disgraceful company.
