Really TERRIBLE service. They offered to pick us up between 21:00-21:30 at our hotel. We were waiting -outside- expecting them and no one arrived. When we call, they let us waiting for 10 minutes on the phone and then said that they passed (which was not true) and told us to take a taxi and then talk to someone and ask them for a refund... being already 45 minutes late. Really disappointed at the service and the lack of responsibility from them. Do not recommend them at all.
