Don't believe anything that the billings dept ever...

Don't believe anything that the billings dept ever says, their systems as so screwed up that they have no idea what they are talking about and have double billed, not credited payments, sent bills over a year afterwards and mistakenly sent paid bills to collections.

Also don't bother leaving a message for the customer service/billing dept after leaving over 20 messages I have yet to receive a callback, your only chance is to keep calling until you get them on the phone and when you do, don't let them go because even if they promise to call you back they most likely never will.
