After much research, I contacted PBS and worked with Forrest Girardeau to design a building that would meet my needs. Forrest was knowledgeable, understanding and followed up on everything I needed. We ordered the building and was given a date for delivery. After weeks of rainy weather and no slab for a foundation, I worked with Forrest and the installer recommended by PBS to delay my building delivery to ensure my slab would be poured in time. I am very comfortable with my decision to go with PBS and would recommend the company to anyone looking for a quality steel building. After retiring from UPS, I know quality customer service when I see it!
