1. Valet was nowhere to be found. Waited for 10 mi...

1. Valet was nowhere to be found. Waited for 10 minutes in the drive. Went inside the lobby and was told by Registration staff that they'll be along shortly (after I was waiting in queue for 15 minutes because there were other guests getting checked in.) I finally finished my check in and still didn't see any Valet personnel.
2. There were 4 of us checking in to our room and we only were given 3 bath towels and 1 set of bathing products. Even though I specified on my online reservation and booking that there will be 4 guests.
3. It must have been very busy when I called the Front Desk using the room phone to check out coz all I heard was the ringing of the phone and then it finally switched to their answering service queue.
4. The bedside table in between the 2 Queen beds was full of dust. I'm guessing it's not an area that needed to be cleaned after each guest/room stay.
