Neither urgent nor much care from this place. No one is ever at the front desk and no way to ring for service. Expect a long lonely wait for anyone to show up followed by a long wait to see a vet tech followed by a long wait to see a vet. Extortionate prices aside, this place is a ghost town that leaves people waiting with emergencies. Go anywhere else.
