It was very easy to order this product. Immediately after trying to order the product I realize that I wanted the fireplace Edition instead of the open Shelf. I tried calling and emailing multiple times and even stayed on hold for over 2 hours. No response in any way until they asked me to rate my experience. I'm giving them one star until they fix this because so far their customer service is pathetic.
