My boss drove his spare car (ISWARA) and was greeted by Ivy. He thought it was a hairline fracture on the windscreen. Ivy checked and said no...it was only a harmless line on the windscreen tint inside the cabin. Ivy then took a cloth and wiped the windscreen and it was good again!

She didnt charge him and he was quite embarrassed for wasting her time and said 'paiseh' to her. She replied back in Hokkien haha.

My boss said he will recommend his friends to go to you for any windscreen issue.
