My husband and I live at 1853 Westchester Towers. This letter is in reference to two outstanding employees, our Property Manager Carlos Hernandez and Assistant Property Manager Tamisha Davis. They are the most courteous and helpful employees in their positions. In our dealings with both of them they are always more than willing and able to facilitate any questions we have had.
