I live in a condominium managed by Capital Assessoria. The difficulty in obtaining information and verification of documents pertinent to the condominium is simply absurd. I have already requested minutes of the meeting with a specific subject of interest to me SIX times, and I have not even received an answer. The administrator makes access to documentation as difficult as possible, having residents make an appointment and go to the office to obtain the necessary information, at a time when matters are dealt with online.
