We were traveling from Dahlonega, GA to El Paso, TX for the birth of my newest grand-child when the oil plug fell out or blew out. The service rep, Tarsha, was very helpful when we called the dealership. She arranged for towing services and managed the repairs. We were very happy with the timely, friendly service. The service department got us back on the road quickly. Thank you very, very much!!!
