Ordered a desk on 27th May and email confirmed a delivery date of 11th Jun. Chased the item after that date and was told they would get back to me, when they didn't I called again and got an overly aggressive chap talking all over me and telling me they shouldn't have promised to do that and they couldn't tell me when I would get the desk. He then tried to argue the toss about the fact that his system said delivery was 17th Jun (also since passed!) and that I was being unreasonable to suggest that they could and should have told me this. Genuinely shocked! Avoid them at all costs.
