Our drain was clogged in the shower and could not be fixed with our usual home remedies. John Moore sent a very friendly plumber out to snake the drain, and before he did anything he was upfront about the prices and let us know what he was going to try first and how much it would cost. He then let us know how much more it would cost if that didn't work, but it turned out that the lowest price option method cleared the drain. We definitely could not have done it ourselves and it was well worth the money. I would definitely call them again if I had a similar problem in the future.
