I'm so grateful for the vets at Village Vets. My dog Gracie, who is truly akin to family, was hit by a car yesterday. You cannot imagine the trauma involved in watching a beloved member of your family be thrown with force from the bumper of a moving car. My husband and I took her to Village Vets immediately without an appointment. They were kind and attentive, checking her for injury the moment we arrived. By the "Grace" of God, she only needed stitches on her cheek. They were able to perform the procedure around noon of the same day. They kept an eye on her a few hours, and we were able to take her home by 5 pm. It was such a relief to have her home with us quickly, but I was grateful for the attentive care she received. They also prescribed her anti-inflammatory medication pain medication, which I was thankful for because I didn't want her suffering more after the trauma she experienced.

I just felt like I was in good, caring hands that understood the deep love one has for a pet.
