If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. My house flooded due to a faulty water heater on a Sunday. They don t open weekends so I made my claim Monday morning. All week I got the run around and come the weekend I m told the adjuster won t come until another week. My house is humid. My carpet is ruined it smells ugly and we have to keep turning the water on and off just to flush toilets because no one will come. I am over having to call them back and forth to no avail. Worst Insurance ever!!
