They claimed to have delivered my package but I was home and there was no parcel slip left. When I called to see if they can attempt a second delivery or leave at a local parcel shop they said 'they don't work on those terms'. I stayed home from work to receive the parcel and am frustrated they weren't able to find a solution to help get the package to me in a timely manner. With this type of service they should give a more accurate delivery time or companies should stop using GLS. I'll be sure I contact the company to let them know how poor of service their shipping partner provides.
