*This is my honest review and have been awarded $10 credit for posting this* Car arrived just a couple of minutes after contacting Carmel when we arrived at JFK. We were given clear and simple instructions as to where to go and wait and when the driver arrived he was friendly and helpful. Can't recommend highly enough.
