I love this place and Sheena is just fantastic.
After weeks of pain in my thigh, my family forced me to call an osteopath to help me fix it. I had no idea what an osteopath was so I just picked Align Body Clinic (mostly due to the positive reviews and the ability to park at Sainsbury's). It was literally the BEST things I've done in a long time. Sheena instantly knew what was wrong with me, fixed me (ow ow) and recommended exercises as well as stretches. I'm so much better now and go back to see Sheena whenever there's anything else that's bothering me.
