Myself and another family member have recently purchased 2 vehicles from there. They did what it took to get the money but after that, well that s when it went straight down hill. You would think they would make everything right considering I drove up from Florida, being active duty military, to purchase from them. They caused a late payment on my trade and only reason I noticed is the hit on my credit where they didn t send the stuff out. They almost caused myself to have a temporary tag expire and I had to do their job of contacting everyone to get it sent out last minute. My family member who also bought a vehicle has an expired tag because they forgot to send it out. Tried giving him a loaner and guess what, expired tag. This place is a joke and I will never nor any family purchase a vehicle from there. I don t know what their leadership is doing but good luck with them. As stated, I do not recommend one bit.

They know who I am and if they want to contact me and make things right somehow, I am up for it. I have been very reasonable with the extreme lack of competence they have given.
