Training was terrible. The person who trained me admitted that he provided "crappy training and that i feel bad" if i was not a technical person i would have fell flat on my face at this job. Pay was fairly decent but the treatment of agents was not that great. For a company as large as unisys I would expect better training procedures than other call centers like say Alorica? I worked there too and felt more prepared to hit the production floor than i did here.
