I recently bought a suit and after wearing it once, the seam on the inside of the leg opened. I made a complaint on site and wanted to have it repaired. Probably would have been an effort of 5 minutes (if at all). So far so good. But I was sent home with the broken pants on the grounds that I should have cleaned them first. First, I think it's more than bad if I buy an expensive suit that breaks after wearing it or was already broken and second, I understand if you should have it cleaned beforehand, but now I was there and I think an exception could have been made. Now I'll have it cleaned and repaired right there. The effort to drive to Breuninger a second time for 5 minutes does not justify the time I waste on it. It was the last time I bought something. I'm just annoyed that I left a lot of money there. I go to the competition from now on. Good bye Breuninger
