I purchased a new battery for my scooter, mid-April, 2019. It had a one year warranty on it. The battery died 6 weeks after the warranty ran out. I called and asked if the company would work with me, maybe take a little off a replacement battery or anything. They would not even consider it.

I expect a new batter to last more than 13 months. I won't buy from this company again.
