Hi, a few months ago we purchased the LG Sensor ULTRA LARGE capacity washer and dryer....does NOT perform the way it is advertised....king size comforter friendly???? NO WAY....we have had service reps, supervisors and service techs give us the same ...."add extra buckets of water, put less clothing, use less than half the soap,REALLY???? these were expensive machines and LG does NOT have the customer satisfaction stand.....Any other manufacturer would be more than happy to make sure that the customer is happy. Something to be learned...Will NOT purchase from LG in the future.
