Like everyone else on here I had problems with my bill. They told me they sent multiple texts and I received none of them. Either my phone blocked them as spam or they where not sent. The only bills I take seriously these days is the ones I receive through mail anyway so even if I saw this in text I probably would have thought it was fake. This went to collections which I received an actual bill through the mail which I paid promptly. I never opted into this text message option. This makes me never want to give out my cell phone number again.
