The place is big and there are enough seats to wait. Go there with a lot of patience, it gets full very easily. Waiting around 4 hours to get your turn is normal. They have a photocopy machine that works with octopus card and also computers to print from. This is very good, just sometimes waiting for long time in the queue. Once the visa has been processed, you get the payment turn which is quite quick maximum 10 min. The people at the application service try to help you and get things going as much as they can. I wish the had more stuff to handle the applications.
