As you can probably tell from most of the other views there is a recurring theme. If you are there for the views and drinks, you will have a pleasant time and if you order food you will be faced with long waits and poor service. So here it goes:

Getting to the restaurant they estimate a 25-30 min wait, but we are notified our table is ready within a few minutes. After being sat at the table by the MANAGER. We are left alone. 20-25 minutes went by without a waiter taking our drink order, finally what we guessed to be a bus boy took our order for drinks, appetizers and entree's, it had been that long.

Guess the 25-30 minute "wait" was not for the table but rather for the waiter. After ordering, it was at least another 20 minutes before we we were served drinks, meanwhile the waiter checked on other tables, particularly two parties of about 8, about once every few minutes without even acknowledging our table. It was then another 10 minutes before the alcoholic beverages were served (which you expect these to be rushed, especially no more than 15 ft from the desolate bar). After another 20 minutes we got the managers attention and complained, a few minutes after him saying "Sorry, we'll take care of you" our appetizers came out and that was the last we saw of the manager for the WHOLE night. It was about 10-15 minutes more for half of our entree's, the remaining came another 10 minutes later and was almost served to another table.

Food was ok for the price, though we found the fish and chips to be soggy. Later we received the bill, and nothing for our bad experience not a comp, discount, or even apology from the manager. Mind you this was a Sunday evening after peak time, with less than 50% of the tables occupied. Will not be returning anytime soon, head to Hula Hut if you're going to Oyster Landing.
